Chat histories: 90 days. Uploaded documents: deleted after processing unless you explicitly save them. Account data: retained during subscription plus 30 days.
TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Industry-standard encryption at rest. Magic link authentication — no passwords stored. Client documents processed in isolated sessions.
You may request data export, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@lou1.ai. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable state privacy laws.
In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours of discovery.
